Aged for 24 months in French oak tonneaux, followed by 18 months in Slavonian oak casks and additional bottle maturation, this 15% ABV Amarone delivers classic structure with remarkable restraint and elegance rather than overt richness.
Crafted from Corvina and Corvinone, Rondinella, and Molinara grapes, the wine opens with layered aromas of plum, dried fig, rhubarb, mocha, white peach, white pepper, soft florals, and a subtle touch of leather. Full-bodied yet refined, it finishes long and polished with beautifully integrated oak. Best enjoyed slowly in a large wine glass alongside aged cheeses, braised meats, or as a contemplative pour on its own.
